he Moroccan Mohamed Sbihi is one of the British personalities who are the pride of the Arab community in the United Kingdom. This community has 230,556 members (2011 census). These have contributed to the development of art, culture, politics and food for many years.

The New Arab has compiled a list featuring some of the big British Arab names to celebrate them and showcase their prowess. Mohammed Sbihi, also known as Moe Sbihi, is on this list. Born in Kingston upon Thames to a British mother and a Moroccan father, Moe Sbihi is a British athlete. He has been competing in rowing since the age of 15 and has won several gold medals at the world rowing championships. In 2012, he defended the colors of the United Kingdom at the London Olympics, where he won a bronze medal. 2016: new feat. He won a gold medal in the men’s coxless four at the Rio Olympics. In 2020, Moe also competed in the Tokyo Olympics, where he became the first British Muslim to wear the British flag at the opening ceremony of the Olympics.

Another name among these Arab personalities with British nationality: Roula Khalaf. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Roula is a Lebanese journalist. She grew up there during the Civil War, studied in the United States, and graduated from Syracuse University and Columbia University in New York. She began her career as an editor for Forbes magazine in New York. Subsequently, she became the North Africa correspondent for the Financial Times, its editor for the Middle East and, most recently, the first female editor in 131 years of her existence. His professionalism has earned him several awards including the “Peace Through Media Award”.

Layla Michelle Moran. Born in Hammersmith on September 12, 1982, she is a liberal democratic politician of Palestinian origin. Member of Parliament for Oxford West and Abingdon since the 2017 general election, she was re-elected in 2019. She has been the Liberal Democrats’ spokesperson for foreign affairs and international development since 2020. Layla Michelle Moran is the first MP British openly pansexual.
