The Forsa program boosts youth employment

Youth employment remains at the top of the concerns of the new government, reflected in the finance bill (PLF) for the year 2022 by the Forsa program. Wishing to provide the necessary support to young people and ensure their integration into the labor market, the PLF-2022 is based on an ambitious program with a view to enhancing human resources, especially young people as a lever for the economic and social development of our country. .

To this end, the Forsa program should finance projects in various fields (associative, environmental, cultural, sports, etc.), without preconditions. Only the project and the commitment of its sponsor will be taken into account. In addition, the support offered consists of training and guidance to structure the project and develop it from the design part to the realization part. This will be done through honorary credits of up to 100,000 DH, repayable in ten years at most.

As a reinforcement of the Intilaka program, Forsa plans to grant 50,000 guaranteed loans without preconditions, through a budget of 1.25 billion dirhams mobilized for this purpose. It will thus give young people the opportunity to give new impetus to their innovation and creativity, by embarking on individual entrepreneurial initiatives, and also allow citizens to exercise their entrepreneurial activities in a formal way through a system of entrepreneurship. simplified tax incentive.

A framework favorable to the emergence of young innovative companies has therefore been put in place, through Forsa, which, as its name suggests, constitutes an opportunity, with a view to encouraging young people to integrate themselves more into the market. employment.
