She describes a city that is beautiful to photograph, but can also be intolerant of photographers. Therefore, she advises any visitor intending to do street photography to go with caution, respect and the understanding “that not everyone will agree with you.”
London tops the list. It is followed by New York, Berlin and Rome. Then come Paris, Cape Town, Tokyo, Havana, Barcelona and Rio de Janeiro. Tallinn (capital of Estonia) completes the top 12.
