This decision, announced during the signing last April of the agreement on mutual visa exemption for holders of ordinary passports, was acted on Thursday by the Foreign Ministers, Nasser Bourita and his Colombian counterpart Marta Lucia. Ramirez.
In this regard, a statement from the department said that “following the deeds signed during the working meeting held on April 6, 2021, the two parties exchanged notes regarding the entry into force of the Agreement on visa exemption for holders of ordinary passports, which will result in a great strengthening of human, tourist, economic, social, commercial and academic exchanges between the two friendly countries ”.
